Jancoa was founded in 1972 by Tony Miller. As a 19-year-old student at the University of Cincinnati he started the business cleaning local taverns after one of his professors commented on the growing “services” sector, including janitorial services

Tony Miller transforms the business into a full-time operation after his father’s passing during heart surgery. He established a strong foundation for the company’s future success.

Mary Miller Joins the team, forming a dynamic partnership in operations, sales and leadership.

Clint and Christy Bard, along with Ron Miller, assume leadership roles and ownership of Jancoa. Jancoa becomes the largest janitorial provider in Cincinnati with over 500 full-time employees. Cleans more than 18 million square feet nightly.
