Jeremy works as a day porter at a medical office building in Cincinnati and does an exceptional job. One day he was cleaning and noticed a man on the floor in severe distress. The man had fallen in a place in the office where no one could see him. Jeremy hurried over to check on him and immediately called for medical help. The gentleman was able to get the care he needed at a hospital close by and Jeremy was credited for saving the man’s life. We are very proud to have Jeremy on our team! This was definitely above and beyond our mission to provide “Exceptional Service with a Smile!”

Fay Brown

Fay is a Night Manager on the Jancoa Team where she supervises the cleaning of several buildings every night. One afternoon while she was driving down North Bend Road in Cincinnati, she saw a young child walking down the very busy street. Fay, a very loving and caring woman, knew immediately that she needed to stop and get the child out of harm’s way.

“I noticed a small child walking toward the street and I immediately jumped out of my car,” said Fay. I called the police and then waited there with the child until they arrived. I’m so glad I was in the right place at the right time.”
