Pedro Contreras and Jeff Bass (Left to Right)
Pedro Contreras is one of our Day Porter Supervisors. He works daily with our day porters and cleaners to keep things running smoothly. Pedro also helps oversee and implement processes for the day side of any new accounts JANCOA takes on. He has had a great past 6 months with over a half a dozen complimentary emails and thank you letters sent by customers to our management team on his behalf.
Jeff Bass is one of our Quality Relationship Managers. He manages the client relationship of many of the current properties that we service, including the downtown Cincinnati buildings that are currently cleaned by JANCOA. Jeff has advanced in the company by working in several different parts of the business and has been part of the JANCOA team for 18 years. Jeff is also one of the first team members to participate in our Dream Manager program.
